Position Opening:
Foodtruck Staff
Prep menu items per daily requirements
Prepare food orders to customer specifications
Maintain a clean workspace
Ability to multitask
Follow a recipe with an understanding of basic measurements and the ability to modify recipes to account for varying quantities
Operate point of sale system, take customer credit cards and give proper change.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 45 pounds, and able to tolerate both hot and cold environments.
Your primary job site will be at our main location in downtown Russell, serving customers at Eridanus Brewing. Occasionally your duties will include staffing our mobile food truck either at our camp location in Greenup at Dragonfly Outdoor Adventures or when we set up at nearby festivals and events. Hours of operation at Eridanus are Wednesday-Saturday 11-9. Camp hours are Friday-Sunday 10-6. Tuesday is our primary prep day. This position will average approximately 30 hours per week. Salary dependent on experience.
