It's been a LONG year and we are so ready to see all our friends! Join us this Saturday (OPENING WEEKEND) for an afternoon group paddle from our Dragonfly Bank (550 Treasure Cove Rd) toward the Ohio River!
This is a leisure paddle (there is no current on The Little Sandy River) we will take to the water at 2 PM. Paddle at your own pace to the Ohio River and then paddle back to Dragonfly.
Usually a 2.5 hour round trip paddle, but we want you to paddle at your own pace so you are welcome to stay out on the water until 6pm. Dragonfly Cafe Food Truck will be open for lunch and dinner, (10AM-6PM) so plan to grab a meal and enjoy our beautiful outdoor paradise.
Cost: $35/single kayak rental (Includes life jacket)
*No tandem or canoes available at this time.
BYO-Kayak: $5/person
Outside food and beverages are allowed, but this is a pack-in and pack-out event. Please take your trash with you when you leave and NO GLASS BOTTLES.
CHECK-IN INFO: Please stop at the DRAGONFLY OUTDOOR CAFE FOOD TRUCK to check in and get parking directions.
Also note: Water temps are still quite chilly even if outdoor temps are warm. Wear appropriate clothing and pack a spare change of clothes and towel-just in case.
Covid is still real and we want to keep our staff safe, so face masks are required when checking in. However, once you are in your boat and enjoying nature, take it off and let the sun kiss your skin!!!
